Land Services

Standalone Mowing Services

Mowing may be provided on a standalone basis when required for safety, access, or compliance. Work is conducted strategically to support land health and long-term stewardship goals, rather than routine aesthetic maintenance.

Includes:

  • safety and compliance support
  • access and visibility management
  • timing considerations to reduce ecological disruption
  • clear boundaries around scope and frequency

Phase 1: Site Assessment & Stewardship Strategy

A focused evaluation of site conditions, constraints, and long-term stewardship viability. This phase establishes a realistic foundation for future work based on what the land can sustain over time.

Includes:

  • site walk and condition review
  • land use and compliance considerations
  • identification of ecological and maintenance constraints
  • soil sampling and laboratory analysis
  • initial stewardship direction

Scope and terms for subsequent phases are developed based on findings.

Phase 2: Initial Installation & Site Transformation

Purpose-driven coordination and installation to stabilize site conditions and establish systems that reduce future maintenance and intervention.

Includes:

  • site preparation and debris reduction
  • coordination of native plantings through qualified partners
  • installation of stewardship-supporting systems or infrastructure
  • oversight of approved installation activities

Phase 3: Interim Support & Establishment

Time-limited support during early establishment to stabilize site conditions, address safety or compliance needs, and guide the transition toward long-term independence.

Includes:

  • early-stage monitoring and stabilization
  • limited mowing where required for safety or compliance
  • targeted adjustments during transition periods
  • planned reduction of intervention over time

Phase 4: Passive Systems Management & Monitoring

Low-touch stewardship oversight focused on system performance, compliance confidence, and long-term land health, without reliance on routine maintenance.

Includes:

  • passive system management
  • periodic site monitoring
  • documentation of site conditions and trends
  • reporting to landowners or partners as appropriate
